A Republican ticket wins the White House and the GOP also wins a majority in Congress. The GOP-led House chooses DJT as their Speaker, and then the President and the VP both retire. The Speaker then becomes president.
Note: IIRC, the Speaker of the House doesn't even have to be a member of Congress. Historically, the Speaker has always been a congressman - but I don't think the Constitution specifies that the Speaker must be one.
