My last year before retirement I worked onsite at Google, not for Google for JLL, but onsite at Google as a contractor so we did all the google onboarding and other stuff.

It's not in the Mission Statement any longer was removed in 2018 but the phrase Do No Harm is mentioned a couple of times in describing what they mean by "googley"

We were literally given pre written suggestions on phrases to use when responding to a Googler on work requests. JLL managed their buildings facilities so we had our own work request system and also got tickets from Google. You had to be Googley when responding you couldn't just say I have received your request and will take care of it ASAP you had to wish them a great day or something similar.

Literally we had a Google employee who tried to follow another car out the garage gate and hit the gate damaging her car and the gate. She then put in a ticket complaining about it said the gate had "fallen on her car" and was demannding google pay for it. We had literal video of it we all knew she was lying but for weeks we had to keep updating the ticket being "Googley" to someone who had done that because we were told Do No Harm.

ANd they are now literally one of the bad guys
