The high population density of black people in the south are in the urban areas. Yes, there are tons of black farmers but they do not matter when it comes to overall numbers in the counties. If the health chart is based on county averages how do black people figure into that calculation? Additionally, the averages are dem vs rep. So once again how do black people fit into that health chart.
