Luckily Trump promised no taxpayer money will be used so that 2 trillion will be paid by private enterprise and by Venezuela.
Ha ha I almost wrote that with a straight face.
So if this plan goes through we'll end up getting a massive taxpayer bill and then as said they will try and nationalize again. Remember by the time they can actually get the oil Trump will have been in hell for years
