Times has a story about a whistleblower in the Post office coming forward saying the Trump admin and USPS officials are intentionally defying court orders and installing a syste for mail in ballots in an attempt to rig the election. Sen Blumenthal unveiled it on the Senate floor saying the whistleblower reports they ignored all the best practices and intentionally chose a system they could rush in quickly that was virtually guaranteed to fail, by design, to rat fink the elecions.
The plan is simple make it impossible for millions of people to vote by mail and hope they don't bother to vote. If the courts get involved it would cause so much chaos it will either screw the election, delay it, or give Trump an excuse to declare an emergency.
