So they just extend tours or combat operations until men and equipment reach a breaking point, and then panic. They just extended troop deployments in the ME as well, because they are stupid and cannot think ahead and didn’t plan.

In WW2 when competent adults were in charge ships would have scheduled refits and troops would be rotated. Not so now. Morons have no clue.
