Trump has always been a bullshitter who says things not because they are true or false but because he thinks they sound good. As his cognitive decline accelerates he is increasingly unable to keep his bullsh!t within any range of sanity.
He already promised the “Doge dividends” from “savings” as he drove costs up and now is pushing the deficit over $2 trillion again.
Prices go up, inflation stays high so now he promises another huge expense and lower interest rates.
