They were at 216 a barrel beating the highest which was in 2022 when Russia invaded Ukraine.
Note, none of this is reflected in the bad CPI numbers released friday as that was all before the recent stuff even happened.
So gas is going to go much higher and groceries will follow thanks to dear leader
