Musk not only pledged 47 dollars to anybody in one of 7 battleground states, who is a registered voter, to sign his petition saying they are in favor of the 1st and 2nd amendment. He also pledged to give out 1 million dollars a day to a selected person who signs the petition. and he's paying referral fees if you refer someone and they register. Obviously it's an attempt to get voters to go for Trump but he's trying to be clever to get out of campaign finance laws.

So now apparently clever Harris voters are trolling X and other online sites posting the link and asking all Harris voters in those 7 states to sign the petition. Say they get 1 million Harris voters to do so, Musk will have to fork over 47 million dollars to Harris voters, if he doesn't, he's effectively admitting it's not legit and is campaign finance fraud.

I assume part of his plan was to hope Harris would complain it was illegal so he can say she is not in favor of the 1st and 2nd amendment, but it appears it may be backfiring.
