By itself the Jerusalem cross is not a problem--well, other than being a Crusader symbol.

It's when it's in combination with the "Deus Vult" on his bicep that it evokes white supremacy.

So when you try to make it a complaint against the Jersualem cross alone and leave out the other tattoo you are lying by omission.
