Yep you're telling a woman in an abusive marriage she can't divorce the man for 3 years. And she can't get money from the divorce for that same period of time.
It's literally what JD Vance said during the campaign, if women weren't allowed to get divorced and move on .with their lives so "easily" the world would be better. Which is a MAGA way of saying the woman shouldn't have rights.
