If the ads in question ended with "paid for by whoever" and didn't say Harris, I see no problem. How many pro-Harris ads claimed Trump would initiate a federal abortion ban? That's a falsehood and not illegal.
And, FWIW, Harris did make both pro-Israel and pro-Hamas/Palestine statements. Depended on the day, city and audience. It's sort of explains how she managed to lose both Jewish and Arab votes.
