cook off a couple month later. We had some great pizzas and some bad ones. The key is the dough you make. they all made their own. you can then get very creative with the toppings. Our youngest made a baked potato pizza which won the contest.
2 of them use it frequently and one not so much.
the beauty of the high temp ones is that the pizza cooks in 2-3 minutes. it takes longer to heat it up than to use it. We had all 3 ovens going but really only needed one.
they used pellets and wood chips. because of the effort to get it warmed up and keep it there we then got them attachements so they could go electric. The use the plug for dinners but if they are feeding others they use the pellets and wood.
I think the one you show would be fine. Like i said, its all about the dough and toppings.
You can really nerd out on it or just plug it in and have a fresh pizza. In no time at all one of them stopped ordering pizza delivery and make their own.
I had bought some refrigerated dough to make a couple dessert pizzas and they were awful. You need make dough. there are boatloads of videos on doughs, sauces, and toppings.
I say jump in. For $100 you cant go wrong. You can make larger batches of dough and refrig or freeze it.
