Background
Over the last few days, I listened to a lot of talking heads speculating about what would happen to Trump when that bond payment came due. Not one mentioned the possibility that the bond would be reduced, or that an extension would be offered. All of those experts predicted a very, very tough outcome for Trump. That's probably because the networks that provide my news merely selected experts that would appeal to my preference, which in this case would be a big hammer coming down on DJT.

But they all missed it.

Current Situation
Right now, I'm wondering if the judge solicited some additional financial info from Team Trump.... and then used that info to offer these revised terms, which Team Trump should be able to satisfy if their statements to the judge were accurate and true... but with the caveat that a very, very heavy penalty would ensue if Team Trump failed to satisfy the new terms. In other words, these new terms would be a trap for Team Trump if they lied to the judge.

Am I missing something?
