In the case of Smirnov at the least the government has decided the answer to that question is: somebody who belongs in federal prison. And of course you were spewing the exact same GRU lies. And after it was pointed out to you many times that you were spewing GRU lies, you kept right on spewing them. You should pay for those crimes. What's good enough for Smirnov is good enough for you too.
