Somehow you think a federal court decision or some federal court decisions (which ones?) should erase some (which ones?) state statutes if it is somehow determined by someone or someones unknown that the court case is “established law” (whatever that means) and the state statute “conflicts” with the federal court decision after some indeterminate period of time.
This is more like the “Profit” stage of the underpants gnomes of South Park than an explanation.
And it wouldn’t change anything. The AZ court ignored a recently passed law on the subject to reach the result it wanted.
