I wasn't aware that it was the same judge. I'm happy that we have a judge presiding over the case who appears not to be intrinsically intimidated by Trump and his supporters.
You are surely not upset with the mere fact that same judge is taking the case (I mean, you are probably not upset with Aileen Cannon, right?) but that you perceive bias in the way Merchan handled the Trump Org case. So, let me know how he did on that case. Was he biased in the way he conducted the trial? If so, how so?
I don't know that the fact that he has been assigned to a Bannon case is indicative of some bias. I'd say we have to wait for that trial to take place first before we can make that call.
