Republicans are citing part of the Census statement that says they overcounted in blue states and undercounted in red states. I think it's a total of 14 states.
But the part they forget to mention is where it says they overcounted non hispanic white voters by more than 3 million, and undercounted hispanic and black voters by more than 10 million. So even though Trump did better with hispanics and blacks this time, Harris still won both groups, and Trump won whites.
So if you assume those undercounts were accurate, as they were in 2010, it apparently comes out to something like 8-12 more seats for Dems
