bike and a car turned in front of him. Just about put his head thru the windshield. Rushed to hospital, the whole ten yards.

ONE WEEK later we got a collection notice from drivers insurance company for cost of replacing his windshield. On the phone, their rep told me the police report clearly placed blame on my son for hitting the car.

I follow up with the police and they say "no such thing, 100% on vehicle driver" and accident report not been filed yet. The sgt said let us know, we will be happy to testify in court to it.

We would have been happy for them to pick up all health costs, replace his bloody clothes and buy him a new bike. Instead, because of their tactic, they funded his down on a home years later.

It was all then handled out of court but the nerve of the insurance agents. I wonder how many are frightened into inaction by such methods.
