We used to watch FB games with the Bru9ins' DC clubs at the Grand Hyatt (we had a reception there for the '95 NC basketball team after their White House reception, had a really nic3e chat with Ed and Charles O'Bannon's parents there). Anyway, our UCLA games used to coincide or just follow Texas A&M's games and we got to know their alumni and fans in the area.
They turned out in good numbers, sat in multiple rows - usually in front of us as their game had started earlier. They were always getting up, linking arms and singing - front row would lean one direction while next row leaned the other way alternating for four or five rosin the Grand Hyatt Sports Bar.
Anyway, rooting for them.in the CWS. First game right now and A&M is pounding on the Vols big time, Bottom of the third with Tennessee up, 7-1 Aggies. A&M has 7 runs on 7 hits and 2 UT errors.Hoping my thoughts leading into this series will be proven wrong and then it will be time for us to gear up and prepare for our new conference end of next month.
