I'll run 10 laps around my house as punishment--not quite as fast as when younger though:-)). I can remember when we had to do that (but at top speed though) when in HS back in Illinois when any of us had several turnovers in practice. Our Illinois HS Hall of Fame Coach was very tough on players for fundamental errors made in practice.
