First, someone will sue to challenge the idea that someone must be a student to pursue their preferred career as a college athlete. They will claim that going to school is in no way a necessary qualification to do the job of blocking, tackling, or hitting a jump shot.
Second, someone will sue arguing that limits on how many years someone can play are arbitrary and unfair. If someone wants to be a collge QB for 10 years, they will claim they should be allowed to.
