Many of the forums on the ProBoards site were getting that same error message (No healthy upstream). I think it's back up now.
There is still the audio/video archive of old Bruin and Dodger games worth a look if you haven't been there. Still taking requests for additions as it's only a small portion of a massive collection of events. Registration is required for access, but it's a no-cost, no-risk process.
