He has, however, a lot to overcome to be able to unleash that potential IMO. There appears to be some technical stuff, some mental stuff, and then there appears to be this other stuff. He seems to play scared in a way. I could be totally wrong. I don't know the kid, I haven't seen him play hardly at all, and I don't see how he practices. But from my distant vantage point he seems to be thinking out there way too much. He could be afraid of making mistakes, afraid of failing, afraid of contact, or just plain unsure of himself. Whatever it is, he's going to have to overcome it and conquer it to become the player I believe he could be. He reminds me a little bit of Sam Perkins - same kind of body, similar speed and quickness, for a big guy a good outside shooter, and generally a finesse player. Perkins, however, was tough and even though he played mostly a finesse game he was also a banger taking advantage of his size inside and out. There were times when Perkins could take over games. Booker could be that kind of player IMO. I'm rooting for him. He could be a good one.
