fortunately that's not how this all works
a lot of times, these no name schools with no name players are hard to evaluate early in the season, so Vegas (which, I will say again, does not run a sports forecasting service for the public) does their best with the little data they have.
What I have seen many times (and I'd be shocked if this isn't an observation you all have made, but maybe I'm just an overly astute savant)..is that we will play these no name schools early in the season, end up barely winning (or on a few traumatizing occasions, losing), and turns out said school was much better than everyone thought, and you end up seeing them win their conference and making it to March Madness.
so some patience is advised...even if we get blown out by Arizona...which if I'm being honest, is my prediction (expect to lose by 10+)
