I don't know this for a fact, but it sounded like at one point we were trying to bring in (I wanted to write "hire") both Blackwood and Yessoufou, and we didn't get Blackwell.
That suggests to me that we are holding a chunk of NIL money for TY and we still have the money earmarked for Blackwell. It seems we could still have significant money left for another player in the portal.
Again, to be clear, I do not know this for a fact, but I suspect it could be true.
