I've gotten a lot of highlight clips on instagram on Lauren's first two games.
I've seen one of her posting up when she got a mismatch on a switch. I've seen one or more putbacks, nice accists, cuts to the basket ... and several face-up shots from like 5 to 15 feet. Those face-up shots were not in her game in the 2024-2025 season. We saw glimpses of it this past season. But, boy, in the W, so far, it sure looks like Lauren put in a ton of work to improve her game since the 25 season. I've never watched WNBA. My impression is that they call things tighter than they do in the NCAA. If true, that will help Lauren a lot. She was getting mugged these past 2 seasons. And, she's very clean on D. She will not have to change her game to play effective defense.
