Pretty shocking as it’s their first trip in 21 years and coming on the day after one of the darkest days in UCLA athletics history losing as the number one overall national seed at home. But alas, we still need to remember that wins and losses on national tv in non-revenue sports like lacrosse, volleyball, baseball, et al doesn’t mean anything, other than the games being a 3 to 4 hour commercial of the university. I’m sure Jarmond will stress the former, not the latter.
