sounds like a solid prospect but I don't think I'm the only one here waiting to see how Dylan Betts' recruitment plays out. The initial lure for his sisters was mostly HC Cori Close. The family is deeply aware of UCLA basketball. At 7'3" with the same growing up background as Lauren and Sienna, seems to me Dylan is going to be a catch - if he doesn't develop into a star, a pro, even so he figures to be a terrific piece to have on your roster. Offering Kamagate indicates that Mick Cronin would be open to recruiting such a player and, given the family's relationship with UCLA, it seems like a natural recruitment.
Have we offered Dylan? Are we - the MBB program - interested in landing him?
Just wondering. Glad we've offered Kamagate - post and wing seem such pivotal needs for the roster at least viewing it from the distance of a fan who no longer lives near the school to get to see the players in person and we haven't seen what the current roster can do. But many of us seem to feel we'll be okay, pretty good; we have some nice pieces; but does our personnel at the 3 and 5 spots establish a ceiling for our potential to reach the top again?
