Even the most successful coaches mostly fail more than they succeed. Those who tend to look for failures will always find them. They are plentiful and the nature of striving for the best. Cronin, by any measure, is a successful college coach. Those that mostly don't understand competition can only see his failures and always miss the forest for the trees.
