Guys are getting paid here. They can still play and lay down some tape in hopes of advancing their careers. Isn't that what they came here for? I don't think they came with an expectation of playoff glory. Some may even feel that they have a better chance to play now with the table re-set.

Redshirts are definitely possible, but can a guy like Nico collect the NIL he agreed to if he refuses to go into a game?
