The venue already exists, it just needs to be completed. Of course it could happen. Dorothy Chandler is dead. The Bel Air crowd has turned over several times since the 1960s. Westwood is on its ass and could use the business.

There is a new setting for this to get done. None of the supposed opposing forces from 60 years ago remain. With determination, money and some horse trading, Ucla could get this done.

But, they don't even try. For California state bureaucrats, this is too risky. Their jobs and pensions are top most in priority, not boosting the Bruin football program if it might ruffle feathers.

Bureaucrats are being run out of CFB. Business is taking over.

Ucla supporters (not me right now) have been conditioned to this view of powerlessness and uselessness. It's brainwashing.
