I was pretty impressed with his play. I had thought that Penn St would be able to pressure him into the mistakes he made every game for us against power conference teams for us, but the Ducks' OL and scheme and his growing up and learning more really helped him, and his play in OT, especially on the go-ahead TD, was clutch. The scheme in particular was fantastic, a lot of quick throws and a running game.
I do wonder why, given our dreadful OL, that we don't run more of those quick plays. We didn't last year, and we aren't this year.
