1) Fire Jarmond, hire a new AD, then hire a coach. Even better, hire an AD who already has someone in mind.

2) Fire Jarmond, hire a GM, let him hire the coach.

3) Fire Jarmond, let the committee hire the coach, then find an AD the new coach likes.

4) Keep Jarmond, but let others on the committee hire the coach.

5) Keep Jarmond, let him hire the coach. If UCLA lets this happen they deserve to lose, forever.

I'd say 3 and 4 are more likely than the other options.
