The difference between IU and every UCLA team in my memory

They have a 35-3 lead and go for it on 4th down at midfield. They are stomping on our throats. Good for them.

I've never seen a UCLA team stomp another team's throats. We always take our foot off the gas. If you are trying to win an NC, you stomp throats and make statements. We've never stomped throats at made statements. IMO, that is more evidence that winning a NC has never been a top priority at UCLA. Not humiliating opponents has been a bigger priority than winning an NC.

Good for IU. They have their priorities in order.
