You have to be a good team to play that dictator stuff, though.
Otherwise you just come off as an ahole and your players tune you out. Rick Neuheisel used to ride his players a lot and his teams had no discipline. Same with Mike Stoops and a lot of other guys.
When you’re good, the players respect harsh authority. When you’re not, they don’t.
