This really appears to be about Premium seating and Luxury Box revenues. And the irony to me is they will probably get most of that revenue from the opposing team's fanbase to help solve the financial crises that Ucla is ultimately facing.

Was having a conversation about this last night. I don't see any reason why Pasadena and the Rose Bowl should be painted in a bad light. Bottom line is, you don't have to like the contract that was stuck, but there is a contract and I haven't seen anything to lead me to believe the Rose Bowl hasn't upheld their end or done anything in bad faith. The big question we were talking about is how much revenue does Pasadena generate when Nebraska, Penn St, etc comes to town for the weekend? Can cetainly understand why this is a huge deal right now.

With no comments from Ucla and this hitting the national scene, my opinion is it's not really a good look at this point.
