...we won so many games by the skin of our teeth; not just this game, but also against Cal (great MJD game at the RB with the fake punt,) WSU (another huge comeback; we were down 17 in the 4Q and won in OT) UW (where we were down 10 in the 4Q.)
We started 8-0, ranked top-10 and bizarrely talking about the BCS, yet the team never really passed the 'eye test,' especially on defense.
The wheels finally came off against Arizona, followed two weeks later by the massacre at the Coliseum. We went into that game 10-1, yet pretty much expected to get shellacked.
Very weird season.
