Yeah, seems unfair to Nico because our OL should be much much better than the last yr version (absolutely terrible). And our run game should be much improved, keeping defenses less risk taking on their pass rushes. We had a poor downfield passing game last yr because of no pocket protection. I hope that the coaching staff gets Nico to better finesse the long throws. Last yr he tended to zip the long throws (low trajectory). So he overthrew the receivers in order to get beyond the defenders, rather than put some air under it. Maybe he just zips the long throws because he has such a strong arm.
