With one of his idols (Brady) a part owner recently and new HC Kubiak, and the dedication to actually building a good team (the Linderbaum signing might be the best FA signing of the year, in terms of getting an All-Pro who should also be the leader of the OL). It's arguable that the reason both Carroll and Kelly were fired was because the OL was so awful. Linderbaum and other moves seem to make it clear that the Raiders are intent on building a really good team finally.
