He was pretty lukewarm on UCLA, and appears to really like Lupoi and staff. It wasn't a close contest.

Also, UCLA will now try to take a commitment from another QB. If that happens, Weber will no longer have a UCLA offer.

You never know for absolute certain. Lupoi could get involved in a scandal or something weird could happen. Otherwise, this recruitment is pretty much over.
