The Dick Vermeil's and John Harbaugh's, John Wooden and Valorie Kondos were not big-name hires. I remember when Valorie Kondos was hired, the LA Times had some questioning the hire, calling her just a choreographer. I am just saying it takes time to judge hires and as far as Earl Watson I had numerous fights on this board and other boards about Earls's playing ability, I am amazed how he developed, I have a video of his game against Maryland in the NCAA tournament, it was AMAZING!!!!!!
