For quite a number of years I've been planning to proclaim my hatred of "Ucla" versus the much better "UCLA." In my view, a capital U followed by 3 lower-case letters makes a pronounceable word: "Ookla" or "Youkla," not something pronounced "U-C-L-A."
There. I've said it. Let the attacks begin.
