According to Thames’ post, it’s not a matter of whether he was drafted; it’s whether he declared and then failed to withdraw. We know he declared and did not withdraw.
I like you, suspect this will be challenged in court as well, but as of right now, from what I can tell, Henrick cannot play at UCLA. It may be easier for him to just go to Cal, which apparently offered him more money. The Big 12 doesn’t seem to have an issue with this.
