they have a bounty program because that USC guy was 'real' happy he did that...real happy, all the way to the sidelines and all during the injury time out. Looks like the emotion of a guy that just got 'paid'. Given the history of USC, not out of the realm of possibility.

Of course, I am biased. I hate USC.
