If you bring him into coach running backs that means you get rid of the guy who is currently coaching a group of running backs that are performing better than the ones he coached ever did, just that our 5th string RB might be more inclined to throw a stiff arm instead on protecting the ball with both hands on a meaningless garbage time carry? That sounds like a great idea and an awesome tradeoff.
