While many no doubt may imagine this to be a sign of bigger things to come, most were likely the same ones that were defending Chip in year, blaming the Administration for him leaving and pointing to the incremental improvement which after completely tanking the program in years one and two, then managed in year 6 to have it right about where it was when he first took it over. The sign that you are a good team is winning and beating other good teams. Anything less than that is less than good, mediocre to bad.
