I seriously doubt he will be at UCLA for 10 years.
He has been a climber his entire career.
That being said, perhaps he'll leave the better of his 2 coordinators eventually.
Urban Meyer leaving his DC at Utah gave them 30 years of great FB considering prior they were the worst team in the WAC.
UCLA shouldn't be scared of hiring great coaches because they may leave.
