A new book "Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York [about Prince Andrew] quotes Jeffrey Epstein saying that he had sex with Melania Trump a full year before Donald Trump started his relationship with her. After threats from Melania, the publisher removed this from the audiobook and e-book.
