Russian having success with new tactics...

3 years ago Russians would attack with groups of 10 with the Wagners/Russian marines using those meat waves to cite key targets. They would then follow up any breakthroughs with a constant convoy of armor.

Now, the Wagners, for the most part, are gone, and it's no longer static machine gun/artillery placements that are key.

Around 80% of the kills are made by drones so that tactic stopped working. Russia just kept sending armor.

About 4 or 5 months ago, there was worry for Ukraine watchers that the kill ratio of vehicles/weapons went from a range of 1.5 to 3 Russian kills to 1 Ukrainian kill. That now however, now looks to be a sign that Russia is running out of armor.

For the last half of a year, Russia has been sending in unending waves of 10 infantry to get slaughtered since they didn't have any better ideas. They would put them in pick-up trucks, ATVs, ebikes, escooters, motorcycles, etc to get blasted.

Their supply vehicles were also getting destroyed as they came to supply the front.

For the last month, Russia is seeing success with a new tactic. Rather than supplying shells via a truck to the front that usually gets destroyed, they are handing single shells to each soldier who is put in groups of 1 to 3. They give each soldier a thermal blanket to hide their heat signature. They then walk many kms to get to the front, hand off their shell, then keep walking into UK territory. Since there is only 1 to 3 of them, once in a while, they get through unnoticed. Once they are behind UK lines, they wait for a few more to get through. Once they have an attack group they either blow something up or ambush UK soldiers in the rear.

This activity in the rear has caused some soldiers in lightly manned trenches to retreat because they have no idea what is behind them. UK is now in a position to adjust.

UK do have a new toy. We are seeing platoons having their ground drone, which can bring back the injured, bring in supplies, de-mine areas, or attack an area with a machine gun in dangerous areas. UK soldiers have been saying that when their ground drones come into service, it will be a game-changer. We are entering that stage. In the past, you would see fundraisers for aerial drones. Now you are seeing it for ground drones.

After a month of focusing on rail junctions, oil supplies, and refineries, we are seeing huge lines of cars in Russia in front of gas stations. We are seeing a tangible impact on their economy and front-line logistics.

As I said before, what Trump says about the UK war has no meaning.

Poland just had a Shahed drone explode in their interior. We'll see if this moves their new nationalist President to soften his stance on UK.
